give guided tours of our tank room, bottling line and the entire
wine making process for free. If the Winemaker is working in the
tank room, tours are often suspended until the work is done. For

After
the grapes are pressed yeast is added and the fermentation process
begins.
The yeast eats the natural sugars also called Brix in the grape juice
and produces Alcohol as a byproduct. The exact amount of alcohol can
be determined by a the winemaker using a hydrometer. |

Inside
the winery, you will find our tank room filled with Italian, stainless-steel,
tanks and equipment.
Each
tank can maintain a predefined, computer controlled temperature
via the cooling jackets on the outside of the tanks seen in the
photos.
